Registration and taxation of non-Russian companies

If your company is incorporated in the EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union) and sells goods via the Internet to consumers located in Russia (B2C), you should submit an Application according to the attached form.

Please, note.

If your company is already VAT registered with the Russian tax authority as a foreign e-service provider and also sells goods to consumers located in Russia (B2C), you should submit an Application for changing the data via your Online Personal Account. No need for re-registration with the Russian tax authority according to the attached form.
If your company is registered with the Russian tax authority on other grounds (e.g. the location of real estate, means of transport, Russian bank account, etc.) and also sells goods to consumers located in Russia (B2C), you should re-register with the Russian tax authority by submitting an Application according to the attached form.
