Please, note.

If your company is already VAT registered with the Russian tax authority as a foreign e-service provider and also sells goods to consumers located in Russia (B2C), you should submit an Application for changing the data via your Online Personal Account. No need for re-registration with the Russian tax authority according to the attached form.
If your company/ individual entrepreneur is registered with the Russian tax authority on other grounds (e.g. the location of real estate, means of transport, etc.) and also sells goods to consumers located in Russia (B2C), you should register separately with the Russian tax authority by submitting an Application according to the attached form.
